Terms and Conditions...

  1. Members must not be living with a spouse.
  2. Members must be over 21 years of age.
  3. Any information provided by applicant will be treated as confidential unless otherwise instructed.
  4. Membership will commence on the date that your membership fee is received. Membership will expire one year later unless a member notifies us in writing that they no longer wish to continue with their membership.
  5. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications. If an application is rejected then the applicant will receive immediate notification by letter. In this circumstance the fee will be refunded in total. Otherwise memberships are non-refundable.
  6. Bookings for events and dinners will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. All dinners and events must be pre-paid and are non-refundable.
  7. We reserve the right to terminate a membership if it comes to our attention that the member is not conducting themselves in an appropriate manner.
  8. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that you enjoy our events, we cannot accept any responsibility for the outcome of any contacts or meetings or for the accuracy of the information provided to us by other members.
